If your track is loose during hard breaking or during long high speed runs the track can ballon and the studs will hit. Run the 1" tunnel protectors with the additional protectors in the rear. Wheelie's will make the studs hit also.

What 800cc sleds run in the under 145 HP class ????. Some of the 2008 and 2009 XP 800R only make 145 HP.

Thanks as I thought. We do have a place 3 hours away who repairs tracks for 150.00. It's a hard disission because I'm planning to sell and snow check a 2012 this spring.

Look into purchasing a used track. I see them now and then for sale at great prices.
