I'm at about 500 trail miles, not sure how many off trail, but that has been the majority of my time this year. Awesome off trail riding even by my house, went to Munising middle of Feb and it was epic off trail riding. Best season in years! I still laugh at everyone that was saying how bad this year was going to be.

I have been watching that, we got back on Sunday from Munising, awesome riding, many spots over 40" in the fields, I see they closed M28, monster drifting etc. I bet you will have 60-70 in on the ground when its all said and done, probably 10-12 foot drifts. Wish I could come back up, but sled died on me on the way back from Deerton Sunday.
Post some PICS!

Conditions are still OK, will be better once we get some more snow end of the week and into the weekend. Trails had a good hard base, but corners are very icy!
I did a lot of off trail last weekend and conditions were excellent! 12 -24" of fresh untouched snow. I am heading to the Eastern UP this Thursday so won't know how much better until I get back Sunday Afternoon.
Here are some pics from last weekends ride.

You have to realize, that most of the snow if not all is lake effect, because lake effect lacks a lot of moisture it tends to shrink once it lands and compresses therefore, you may get 12"" during the day on the ground, wake up the next morning and only have 7" inches once it settles. I have seen reports of upwards of 100" haven't' seen the 187 though, doesn't mean that's not what has fallen, most likely not.
