Formula z 583 problems

I am haveing idling problems warm the sled idles at 4 grand and cold anywhere from 3 to 2 1/2. I had a full mantince on the sled done last week and everything seemed fine he said my outside coil was messed up but he said he fixed it also it won't go past 7200 Rpms now and only sound like it is runing on one cylinder some times. I need help!
