i was told to unplug the wiring coming out of it and to use some wire and jump it to a baterry and listion to make sure it makes a ckicking sound.
I broke a paper clip in two and connected it to a 9v battery. connect the terminal with the black wire to the neg. on the battery. If it clicks it works. Mine was stuck got it to click and it worked fine. First you might want to try tapping it while its running and see if it unsticks before you take it apart. Word is they used windex when they put them together(dont ask me why) and it can make it stick but once free it wont stick again.

115 miles on mine as well and I love it. I'm with meatbag, I need warmer than -35 for some good riding. I was planning a trip to northern BC mountains but it also looks cold there this weekend so I think I will wait a few weekends. Can't wait to try this thing out in over the hood snow.
So far my belt looks good, I have been able to hold my fingers on the clutch faces without burning them, so I hoping mine are aligned properly. It looks like they might be slightly off until it would engage which is all that matters. I too would like to see what Dynamojoe comes up with!
Check out Joe's website, in the forum section he says the 09 kits is done...same as 08

What elevation are you set up now? How much pin weight do you have in?
There is a little more to it than just the clickers to get good performance
Cheers
Shawn
