Rear Frame rail

NOT mechanically inclined at all.  What is the rear frame rail and how much will it cost me.

Cant keep the sled on the trail. NEED ADVICE TO FIX

When out on the trail my sled hops all over the place.  really notice this at speeds of 35 or higher.  Had a guy behind me the other day ask how the hell I even stay on the darn thing.  HOW CAN I FIX THIS?

Bulletin or shop manual download needed

I am in need of the the bulletin or shop manual for a 2006 600sdi adrenaline.  I need to replace my nun and have no clue how to do it except for all the posts I have read.  I have read that I will need the bulletin or manual.  Can someone email it to me?
mowen@alli.wnyric.org.  Plan on tackling this after the season is over.  Hope I dont (edit for bad language) anything up!!!!!
