it must have worn out, I dont think that makes it have clearance, did you hit any thing hard? might have to go look at my sled but, sounds like some thing is bent

very common with the y pipe bolts...they will be difficult to get out now with lick tite, alot of guys were using nord lock washers to correct, also i would carry a 5 mill allen so you can tighten in future on yours or be a hero for some one else in the trail.

When you buy the head from either company, They will give you all the technical advise you need (at least cudney does as i know that first hand). I ran stock jetting and it performed well. Little better mid-to-top end gains. The best part is the cooling factor. More capacity, and more consistant hard pulls (less power fade).
