Hey,to lazy to look it up but if i recall when you ran your Bondi ported gade did you not just drop 1 gear on top with the 1.75 track? was that 26 to 25 or 25 to 24? I've got a 1.75 powdermax coming, going different route this year. Running Billy's stage 11 with 26 gear currently, Trygstad 800R package. I'm thinking 24 top gear??? what do you think? Thanks for your imput!!

Dave did mine as well however it is a 08? but i'm at 540 mains, .020 shims, #20 pilot jet. Only thing that i may have that you don't is a dynoport ypipe and vforce reeds. You'll want to do a plug check when it gets cold and see were your at. That said you'll be a happy camper as his stuff rips!

Jake, do yourself a favor and get rid of the exhuast crap and put stock pipe back on. Once you've done this call Billy Howard and get his stage II clutch kit ( you won't be disappointed) that said these fricken 800R's have been so oversaved by ski-doo with timing being taken out if it gets warm (starts backing timing at 140 degree's)should be 8050-8150 max power, 76-77 giving up...

Hey noticed you tried the plug n play with good results? I've had mine for 3 weeks just have not put it in. Today I was out and like you say the trials are icy but they were groomed and had enough snow (resent dusting of 1" and wind) when she was on man was it on! 8080-8150 and just sounds way better, pulls skis with authority, then you get the 7700, 7600, 7550 blues. I didn't want to divulge his clutch criteria on the mass media but i've got his stage II kit and for my 08 and it calls for 23 grams? I've had 23 grams in since day one with his kit and last year with porting and piston's along with VForce i was on clicker #2 swinging 23 grams. each sled is diff though. good luck and your going to love Dave's cylinders and piston...
