I installed Bill's kit in my 07 Gade HO p-tek. The slep is much snappier in all RPM ranges. Between 5-8 K RPM it's a monster. After a day of riding, I feel like I have been in a pull-up competition. I'm not a big mod person and this is the first time I modded any sled I owned. I'm happy I did.

Bill is great--bottom line. YOU need to let him know what YOU want the sled to do. He'll take care of the rest. One other thing. Follow his directions exactly, I did and didn't have to mess with anything after install.  

Shipping is lightning quick too. Ordered on a Friday afternoon, I received the kit on Monday!

Ok, here is an deviant opinion. Tried a friends 1200 with a cudney clutch kit and I did not like it for all round trails and backcountry riding. The clutched sled has an edge in aggressive trail riding but in all other situations i disliked added engine braking and on/off feeling of the flipper. I like to be able to nurse the throttle in some situations, which was very difficult with the clutch kit.

And i don´t think it is faster in reality, just feels faster because of the on/off feeling with the throttle.

So Many test .... Never faster .... its only feels faster

Same Problem here .. It was the smaller Relay in the Fuse Box

I have the cudney clutch kit installed on my 09 tnt and i have noticed quite a bit of difference on bottom end 0-80 before kit against machz up to 80 ahead by about 1.5 sleds then he would go by after kit ahead by 2-3 sled lengths and staying ahead until 95-100 mph. The kit does add a lot of engine braking but as previously stated it really helps in the corner to corner game,defintly gives the arms a good workout.

I got that Clutch Kit on my Gade X 2010 ....,. When you buy this Clutch Kit .. THEY TOLD YOU .. this Kit increase your performance ..

BULL .... On Race... Not faster them a stock set up ......

The sled look like faster .. But on test ..NO

The only Positive gain is .. Back shift ... ya.. corner to corner the sled looks faster.

The Engine braking is VERY présent... If you like your sled wihtout ... you will be not happy.

Not Faster on top with the Cudney kit..

................ If you think make a GooD Move and Upgrade you Performance ..... NOT AND ALL

Good Point .... Yess Bill Cudney ..... Excellent customer Srevice ... But His Clutch Kit dosent work to INCREASE YOUR PERFORMANCE.
