Digital speedo

Was riding today down a long stretch and looked down at my speedo and noticed my trip meter had something other than my mileage. It only changed from mileage to this other fluctuating number after 50 mph. Was what I was seeing some kind of digital speedo thing? Just wondering

Spark plug help

I bought a 2003 rev 600 ho in the spring.  Throughout the summer, I would go out and start it once or twice a month.  Seemed to run fine.  Just got done prepping for this winter and noticed that the previous owner was running br9es in it so I double checked and apparently should be running br9ecs.  So I switched them to the ecs and it seems to run worse.  Then I read somewhere else that I should be running a br9ecs-5.  I think the gaps are different.  Would gap size on a spark plug cause a motor to run like crap?  That is the only thing I changed... Sorry for the long read.  Thank you in advance.

I have a 03 rev with the boondocker delete and the factory trunk plastic on it(with the tail light in the trunk). Has anyone ever put on the plastics on the delete from a 04 and up(tail light assem.) that mates to the 03 trunk plastics or do I have to replace the 03 trunk plastics with 04 and up to get the tail light assembly to work and look right?  Pictures would help. Thank you in advance.

Shocks

I was sitting on my new to me MXZ and was wondering about my shocks. Wondering if they need rebuilt, wondering if they can be rebuilt, etc...Then it occurred to me. I think I'm too dumb to tell.  What is a tell tale sign that shocks are smoked? Btw, 2003 600 rev sport.  Thank you in advance
