100% natural jump. Best one I've ever found

I watched them build one using a 600rs that we melted down. They used the 600rs cases, split it and put a 800 crank assembly into it. Cut the top of the case to accept the 800 jug skirts. 800 exaust. I wanna say they used the RS carbs.. Not sure. It was the first one they used the 600 RS cases on. We were amazed to 800 crank cleared

Dane flew me to AK last spring and I rode one of the 800's DJ built. The thing was a solid ripper, one of the best sleds power wise that I have ridden.

I had a 12 with 450mi on when one of the nylon crank stuffers let loose and destroyed the cylinder. On mine it was the Allen bolt that holds the nylon block that was the culprit. I posted my story about it in fall compete with pics
