I'm sorry, this is a little off topic...but I'm installing a heat gauge on my 700 mxz, and the plug in off the gauge has been butchered, ( not there ) I was hoping you could look at yours and tell me what colors go where, the harness plug in from the sled has three inlets, and the wires are violet#1, yellow#2, and yellow with a black line, The gauge on the other hand has five wires, green#1, yellow with black line#2, red with a yellow line#3, brown#4, and yellow#5, if you could look at yours, and tell me which colors from the gauge go to what color on the harness plug in, it would be greatly appreciated, thank you Simers.....r.sim@mycanadore.ca....

Hey Monkdz, thank you very much for your reply, I enjoyed your arcticle on your rebuild, I haven't checked out the torque spec that you sent me, but I'm sure they will be fine, thanks again Simers
