Looks pretty good. You have created some fluid turbulence by putting the swaged expansion piece directly into the cut bend though.
You want to keep the outside of the bends as smooth as possible for optimum hp. That step into the bend is not ideal.
A better option would be to step to the larger OD immediately after the turbo

There are quite a few 800 twin Cats over 200hp with stock fuel injection parts. The f7 improver I tuned and raced was knocking on 190hp. Jeff Marks' ps8 in that video may have efi swapped out for big carbs, I'm not sure. 218hp sounds about right though.
800ho Doo twins make low 190s for hp in improved stock form. The 800R can go over 200 from what I uderstand.
