Just wanted some feed back before i get to serious about buying an 2011 800 etec x pack. She looks to be very well kept but my issue is with the mileage on the sled. The chassis is sitting with 6000miles, top end recall was done at 3500 miles. Can probably get the sled for 6k. Am i just asking for trouble with the 8e with this many miles? 

Just looking for some feed back on guys running Team Tied secondary's on the 800etecs. Is there any advantage in doing this? Should i just be sticking with the stock QRS? 

I had posted earlier in the year about some exhaust performance issues with the 2012 800E XRS sputtering around the 7000 RPM mark before jumping back into the power ban. This has now all been fixed with the complete dynoport  Y, pipe and silencer. We have since added a '13 800E to the stable and it is walking all over the '12 in the top end, would estimate between and extra 7-10 mph, both sleds where running between 7900-8000 RPM. the '12 does have 3000 miles where the '13 around  550. Wonder what would be causing such a drastic difference  Both sleds have no other mods then what was mentioned above. '12 has the flash with all the updates... ideas?

My buddy is having issues with putting aftermarket cans on his 2012 800 etec. To start he originally had a JAWS can it seemed to always fart when really loaded down under WOT. Was not impressed at all with the performance loss but lived with it till the EGT broke out of the can. Figured this to be related to some issue with that can in specific. Have since installed an MBRP can and is having the same issue with it "farting" under full throtle. Has anyone else had/seen these issues? I have also heard the Straight line performances can might rectify this problem. I would rather not try every can on the market. Thanks in advance.

Hey guys, im having some issues on my 08 600sdi when first starting up the sled after it has been sitting for a while. Using the electric start i attempt to turn the sled on it runs for about 10 seconds extremely ruff around 1000 rpm and then dies out. This usually happens again for a second time with a slightly higher rpm.(i should also add throttle does nothing just bogs it out more). Then finally the third attempt it finally wakes up idling pretty ruff usally around 2400 rpm after about 1-2 min if finally finds it idle around 1700-1800 rpm which is the factory setting for the sled. Any ideas on what might be cause this? I have put in new plugs, run a can of sea foam through the sled neither have seemed to help the situation. Sled runs awesome right through the power-ban once running... Ideas?
