I finally finished. Well almost. Still waiting on the black belly pan. To start with I replaced all the drive bearings and seals. On the skid I replaced every wear part and hard anodized all the alum parts. I replaced the reeds with the rage cage. I pulled the y pipe to check it and replaced the seals tacked the inside  and welded a stiffener plate between the pipes. I milled a grove so I could put the shield straps back on. I removed all the exhaust shields and blasted the pipe,y pipe and can then repainted all of them. I polished all the exhaust shields along with everything I could get to. I got some billet wheels. They didnt have a grove for the factory caps so I machined the grove in so I could use the factory caps. I removed all the plastics and base coated and cleared them. I had a friend do the air brush work. they are all done in candy apple which looks great in person. Hard to see the detail in the pics.

Im having a friend do some graphics on my rev. I based them in black to smooth it out. The bee is incomplete. The face isnt done and he is going to have a ice pick in his left hand. Keep in mind this is only the outline with no color yet. The trunk is done but not cleared yet

How much front to back play should there be. last year I replaced the key but it didn't make a lot of difference. I can move the rotor front to back and this is out on the end of the rotor about 1/4. Is this normal. It didnt look like the shaft was worn where the key goes but seems loose to me

I puled my carrier and found I have some play  Are there any aftermarket kits for a rebuild like the quads have or is it ordering each separate pc?  I have 5300 miles on my 06 600 SDI. Any thing else I should be looking at
