I've got a 151 cooler on the shelf with hoses I can weigh on monday...i think it's around 14lbs, just the cooler...it'll be significantly lighter than your renegade cooler though

not quite there, Sparky...the 800's from 03 to the 07 renegade/mxz were all TRA3...2007 summits and all XP 800's after that were tra7Should work yep. The tra 5 (2005) and tra 7 (2007) both use tappered shafts.
The 05 tra3 will work, but the components will likely be different, altering your clutching...pm me, i'd be interested in buying your clutch for parts.

My buddy has the same problem with his extended 121-144 with buildup...try the tunnel tape.
As for the belt drive, I am really impressed with it and the gains and the amount if abuse it will handel. I have one for the rev chassis in stock if you're interested, just shoot me a pm.
