In Topic: 670 pistons in mxz 700?????? Anybody use it???

TT670 in 5600 miles on my ZX I replaced 1 belt and rebuilt the topend. Still have the original hyfax on it. And got 5200 miles out of my original belt a 152. Good luck with your 700's if I had a riding partner I would consider keeping it, but I don't so it will go this fall at Haydays.......

To my knowledge there are no 2 ring pistons for a 700's bore only 670 pistons. I just had Big John set me up last year with these pistons. He opened up the cylinders I used Doo pistons and he put everything else together for me.I only have put about 50 miles on the sled since the rebuild.I would contact Big John he knows this conversion quite well. I am getting out of sledding the wife got hurt so we are going back to camping,no more sledding for her as per the Doctor.

replace the pilot jets.....they are cheap.
