Which kit is the best overal for the money.The reed kit seems to be expensive for a average trail rider you have to pay for the kit and differant belt you ll have as much as $500.00 in a clutch kit before your done not to mention maintainence parts if needed. Is it that much differant?There must be something from skidoo that would do as much or better in just springs wieghts I m sure my machanic can through something at it that would be cheeper and have close to the same resaults.they ve done it for me in the past.He can get springs from many venders.

 

Expensive?  Reeds kit is $300 shipped, you don't have to use the belt, if you do retail on the belt is $125. Used that belt cause its warrantied so if something goes wrong and it blows you can ship it back and get another one no questions asked.

Who makes the belt? And is there a warranty on it. We run Xs belts cause they do have a warranty and so if it does blow apart you can send it in and get another one. Not that the XS belt is any better or not just you can get a little extra out of it in that you can get another if it blows.
