Renegade SC-5 vs SC-5M Skids 137" Track

19 February 2013 - 02:53 PM

Looking into buying a new Gade for the wife we are getting a Sport with the 600ACE motor, was shopping and found the 2012 model to be a SC-5 skid while they switched to a SC-5M skid in 2013. The sled is a 137" track it will be a trail sled only, whats the differences in those 2 skids and whats the pro's and con's of each? We live on Tug Hill and ride the trails both when really rough and smooth looking for a skid that can work the best in those situation's, we are not buying a SC-5 short track sled as we had owned several and never enjoyed the ride of that skid in a 121" track, so we are going with advise to try the longer track version of the SC-5 since r-motion isnt offered to the smaller hp sleds. We have never owned any sled over a 121" track so this will be the first. Thanks

KYB Pro-40 Factory Racing Ski Shocks Revalved for trail

02 January 2013 - 06:16 AM

Selling a pair of KYB Pro-40 ski shocks from the factory race team these have the older screw driver style high/low compression adjuster on them that offer more adjustment then xrs units. They also feature slightly larger bodies that are Kashima coated, these are revalved for trail riding and just serviced and are ready to install, you need to provide your own springs and retainers. They are in very good condition, there is some color rubbed off the shock bodies as I used triple rate springs and the tender slider did that. 600.00 plus shipping if you need a spring set-up we can discuss that for an additional cost also.
