90 psi in one cylinder

Have a 99 yamaha vmax that has 90 psi in one cylinder and 117 in the other. I'm not gonna spend any more money on this sked and was curious to what the problem may be without tearing it apart since it still runs.

What are my better options to get rid of this thing fir the most cash. Leave together running and sell as a project sled or tear apart to find issues and sell ith that way or part it out?

hunting boots

Anyone have experience wearing hunting boots for mountain riding? Will be making my first trip mountain riding and am not sure if they will be adiquit. They are waterproof and made of gortex so they are also breathable. 800 grams of insulation.

I only do flat land riding and the boots I wear for that are super cheap boots that are not well insulated or waterproof and they suit me just fine. My feet never get cold but I am never in any powder like I will be in the mountains.

Long as they are waterproof I think they will be fine. I have tried on "snowmobile boots" like Klims and a few others and I hate how stiff they are.

riding trip out west

I have always wanted to ride in the mountains. A friend just asked me to go on a trip to Laramie Wyoming the first week of February. Staying at a place called mountain medow cabins. He said the trip would cost about 1700 with a sled rental.

It's real hard to find info about this stuff so I'm not sure if this trip sounds good or not. Problem is that he needs an answer by the end of this week so they have a head count. With me it's like 8 guys goin and we would be driving from wi.

Just looking for opinions. Any info u guys have would be great.

The thing I am looking at is the driving would suck. Most of the guys are bringing sleds. Would I be better off to find a trip where I could fly and save some travel time to maximise the time of the trip?
