Hi Lapolvora, Skihi here,
Our SWT Skandic V800 rrecently developed beep beep, red coolant light and yellow motor light while making trails where very little snow was moving. So,, I gathered two handfulls of snow, with the mitts, and applied to the front of the radiator. Very soon all three warning signals vanished. No extra liquid appeared in the overflow container, so I think everything is under control, and the motor did not get too hot. Skihi!!

My skiis have served their useful life and require replacement. They are the stock ski with the plastic skin. We typically have a hard time turning when pulling the drag or a full trailer load of kids up the hill when sledding. Wondering if someone can reccomend a ski that will fit a 2003 SWT that will provide good floatation and turn well? Thanks

Good day vistacruiser,
We have a 2010 Skandic SWT.
We tow ccski trail making equipment on about 25 kms of trails in brush and tree covered ravines.
Turning corners was a big problem.
We raised the front end of the slider about 3/4 of an inch past factory limits, with spacer, at the stopper strap.
We also did some changes to the skis.  
Now we can turn most of the time, when we need to.
I sure do appreciate comments and suggestions posted on DOOTalk.
