If i understand...when i unplug the round plug,i'm not supposed to have any voltage readings on the red and white wires from the stator or at the cdi?Same thing for the white and black/red wires? If it's true the wire behind the stator on my Mach Z are grounded like they are welded to the body...accordong to the wiring diagrams,i can't understand why you aren't supposed to have spark when you unpluged the round plug from the stator.Did you check the stator output (red & white wires) at the CDI or directly from the stator?. There are some bad wire routing in between thanks to Bombardier. Also, try disconnecting the A/C supply to the electrical system at the stator plug(round one with 2 yellows, 1 black) and see if it has spark. If it does then your wires exiting the stator behind the flywheel are grounding.

Sounds like no one here had ever align an engine in a CK3 body with a Team TSS-04 secondary.
