rev440 man

so you guys might rember that 600 factory mod I picked up a wile back. well ist all together and runs.
now im in the middle of tuneing it but the slides in the carbs are worn out and peaces have broken off. the sled guy neer me siad that it wount affect any thing but I cant see that being true. and it is runing on pump gas premixed at 40.1 im trying to work out the mid range bog but wanna know if this could be part of it.

just thought i would post this hear to see what all the dootalkers think of these cool new hats my buddy made.
there snapbacks and yes thous are real shoe laces.  
what do you think??  

well i got the 600mod bolted up and 88% done and thought i would try to fire her up. well i filld the little oil bottle and she kept sucking down more and more oil. when i went to pull the cord...... nothing, couldent buge it. pull the plugs out, pull it over and oil blew out the mag side like a fountan. the more i pull the more oil shoots out. so i guess it was hydro locked with the oil. now does that meen my bottom end seals are gone?
im gonna pull the engion back out today and probly rip it down to inspect the bottom end. compresion is 145pto and 150mag ( mag was pumped full of oil so that might have bumped it up a bit too)

I have a set on my qx4.
2 100 watt witch use standard 100w bulbs but I have another 2 that run 210w bulbs. One of the 210 burnt out and I can't for the life of me find a replacement for them.
Any one know where I might find them?

Well hears the deal, my bud ( skidoo440lc) picked up a smached 06 mxz800 and used the motor for the swap. well the swap is long done and spring is hear so what better to do then build a water crosser!!! I wish i had some pics of the sled befour as the frount right side was pushed back about 10inches and buckled. we beat the crap out of it with a hammer and after about 3 houres of hammering we got her pretty straight! bolted up a old nun he had from his 440 and started to bolt it all back together. torched the a-arms and got them straight and we had a roller!!

o and the cool oil bottle!! yes it is premix



He wants to run it with just the belt side paniel so the clutches dont get wet.
keep in mind the only thing we had to buy to build this thing was 2 hose clamps!
