I came across this video and found it interesting.
I always knew that there was a change in the overall weight of a sled as it was ridden. Weight is gained as ice and snow collects, and weight is lost as fuel is consumed. I was surprised by the significant amount of weight increase by way of ice and snow that was measured in the video.
(This video was found on the internet, so all the precautions apply. Anyway, food for thought.)
