Header and Stock Muffler Fittment

Hey guys with headers. I've got a new sled with Bills full kit on it.(header,rbr,and clutch kit) . Is there any way to install muffler without wrecking the donut between the header and stock exhaust? I had my dealer do the install and I've just had it out today for the first time and it sounds like the donut is shot. So back in the shop it goes...
