In Topic: FYI Cyberdyne Gauges

Yep confirmed, been trying to get my Air Temp gauge replaced since Mid-Sept (missing part of a digit). No luck, I actually did talk to someone at V3 in mid-Nov and he said said they are working on the quality control of Cyberdyne gauges. But it's been the same story the last 4 or 5 times I've called. I'm going to give them call tomorrow. We'll see.

Vee Three also owns Teleflex marine gauges. And is headquartered in India.

The person handling the warranty issues on Cyberdyne gauges is John Kinney 630-364-4101 or John.Kinney@veethree.com however as I said I have not seen any replacements or even a response from the email he told me to send during the phone call.

In Topic: RideLite electrical connections

Just installed the Ridelite on my 07 500ss last weekend-very easy.

Of course the black/negative you attach anywhere on the upper frame.  I just drilled a hole in the aluminum and put a screw with the black wire.

For the positive I tapped into one of the live wires under the outer right side console.   Sorry I don't remember which.    A 12 volt tester would be very helpful and tell you if it is live.

Lastly,  you are fortunate to have a Ridelite.    I ordered mine in late October and arrived  late December.
Apparently they are having supply issues----unless something has changed very recently.

I wanted a second one for my 06 renegade and was told next year.

Love the idea/technology.

Fuzzy,

Sounds like I am being punished for driking 1 beer before my ride ---- point well made/taken.
I am thinkful to this day that when my buddy was killed on my spare sled,  we were had not had anyting to drink --- we were in route to a bar.

Back to my sled --- I did do the re-tork procedure.   Probably went 20 miles before this happend.

Put the sled in the garage and drove home afterwards.

Probably will call the sea doo clinic tomarrow am.

Eric,

Thanks for your reply.

Where is the rave solenoid--- in relation to the rave valves??

From what you are implying ,  maybe it does not matter anyways??

As far as my Raider 44tt,  I just sold it Sunday via eBay.   I had over 60 'watchers' and a guy purchased it buy-it-now.
I had to sell it do to adding the  06 800 with my 07 500ss.

Thanks so much---cheers!!

Fuzzy
