1996 tundra 2 LT with a 377cc (from a safari I believe).

Primary clutch not fully engaging...belt only rides part way up the pulley...will only hit around 50 kph on flat hard pack ( full throttle downhill only uses about 2/3 of range )

Clutch appears to work properly when on track stand (no load)

Does anyone know how to adjust?

Do I need to pull the primary clutch?

Is this a square shaft primary clutch? (primary says "instant torque" on decal)

Could this be a driven clutch problem?

Could this be caused by the drive pulley to driven pulley spacing?
