Hey, I have an 2007 800XRS and was just wondering if anyone has tried to machine the primary clutch sheeves to get the waves out and if its worth it......Mine is pretty wavy and should either be machined or replaced. Can I buy just the sheeve seperate or is there a better option? Any feedback will be appreciated.


2007 800XRS idler wheels

Hey Guys, I just need a little help with the bearing sizes or idler wheels on the 07 XRS....... I want to buy a spare 180mm rear wheel and a 141mm smaller wheel but not sure what bearing ID these are. Im away from my sled so cant check. Anyone know the stock sizes and where I can get the best deal on these wheels?? Royal Distributing or do I need to go to an actual BRP dealer?

Duraflex cable Ice scratchers

Hey, Just wondering if anyone has mounted these new duraflex ice scratchers on a short track yet? Would like to see some pics as Im a little unsure as to where the best spot on the rails would be........Im just worried about them always falling down when I hit a jump. Any pics or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
