How often do you change your plugs?  If you are fouling all the time I would check your erave and cables.

yea i agree check the eraves, but i had the same issues with mine and i solved them by changing all three of those relays and i run the 8's 'iridium plugs' with the mid alt map and i love the sled flawless very dependable.

I love my RT i had some issue with the electrical but it was a cheap fix had the beast remapped ansd it runs like a raped ape. My buds have the 800 rev summits and they do good compared to the other brands . But the RT and the REV chassis are real close except for the added width of the RT due to the powerplant. As for handling i beat my buds in the trails easily due to the weight of the motor over the skis. There are some disadvantages to the RT and its the width its not real good in the tight trees that come with bondocking. Fuel economy is great my buds have used the reserve tank on my sled more than i have. Granted the sled is better suited for larger guys due too the added mass of the chassis but it is worth the money in my opinion , my buds wanted me to buy an 800 rev summit and i wanted the RT and everytime we ride they work their way to my highmark for an instant rush of pure power with no mods.

yes it is a love hate relationship but that's with anything worth while. I have the timbersled pods on my 06 and i have friends that have the highmark bone stock and when we run side by side i out pull him everytime. I have the pods and the mid alt map, dynoport can. Im really happy with htis setup there are no issue with it and it is very dependable.

A-train Im with you on this one .I love my RT to, its a little chubby in a few spots but when you point it at a hill its gone.It takes a good running 860 xp to run beside it and its way easier on fuel.Ithink if bombi had got that engine or one similar in the new chassis it would be a whole new story.I find with the RT the deeper the snow the better you see how it pulls on the other sleds,I did have to replace the engine but it was my own fault.I also think guys on here forget about the problems other sleds have like the 600-700 ring problems or the 670 crank bearings and there are lots more.

Yea man I had to do a remap on mine, i put the mid alt one on mine and i'm running those new iridium ix plugs.  I also have the the timbersled pods on it also. The only way ill get rid of mine is if they make a 1000 e-tec in a new chassis. I tell my buds if they spent a weekend on my sled they would be shopping craigslist for one. I had to tow one of my coworkers out of petersville in 3-4 ft of pow @ 40 plus mph and never knew he was back there. During the tow i only burned my reserve tank because i put it in when i was at a half tank and a guy on a M1000 was at a half tank also. Well to make a long story short the M1000 was on vapor coming back with only the rider, where my RT was towing a sled with rider and i still had a half tank to go back to the swamps to play.
