I am starting to realize how spoiled we are in sweden with the fuel. Here we got 95 octane and 98 octane. and then of course the E85 fuel.
well well, the sled runs like a clock!
well spoiled i wouldnt say. we pay 8,5usd for a us gallon of 98 octane.
and there are different measuring systems. pon, ron, mon
our pumps show ron, 98 octane.
american pumps show pon 93 octane.
pon is a avarege number of ron and mon, (ron+mon)/2
swedish 98octane, ron 98, mon 88, pon = (98+88)/2 = 93 pon
so our 98 octane(ron) is the same as the american 93 octane(pon)
