Ski Dog

I'm going to start looking for a new truck this summer for a late fall purchase.  I've always had Chevy trucks (full-size Blazer, Tahoe & Suburban) and have had excellent luck with them.  I take very good care of my vehicles and although they use a lot of salt on the roads in Wisconsin, I must say that my Chevy's have always held up excellent against corrosion.

I have nothing against GM but the new Ram's IMO are the best looking trucks out right now (including the 2014 Chevy/GMC's) and the new 3 liter diesel that will be available in the fall has me very interested in considering a Ram for my next truck.  My only hangup with the Ram is the way the two pieces of sheet metal come together and are spot welded under the rocker panel area.  It seems salt accumulates between the two pieces and corrodes prematurely.  I've seen several Dodge trucks (and Ford F250's) that appear to be fairly new with rust already present in the rocker panel area.  The current GM's have the rocker panels rolled under the truck and has a smoother look as opposed to the visible spot welds on the Ram.

I'm very anxious to see more details and drive the Ram 1500 3 liter diesel.  My question to the Ram/Dodge truck owners is this:  How happy are you with the corrosion protection, 5.7 Hemi and overall quality of your truck and would you buy the brand again?

I just noticed a "reputation" rating while looking through the classifieds.  The ones I saw ranged from 0 to 3.  Could someone please explain what these numbers signify?  Thanks!

After 6,400 miles I've decided to upgrade the rear shocks on my '10 Renegade Adrenaline.  I'm going to give Ian at Monster Performance a call on Monday and get some ideas but I was wondering what you guys were running and how satisfied you were.

I mainly ride trails so I'm not looking for a snocross set-up and consider myself a semi-aggressive rider.  When the trails are smooth I just like to cruise along but when they get beat up I like to turn up the wick a little bit so I want a shock that can smooth out the nasty stuff while not rattling my teeth out at slower speeds

On one hand I'm considering just getting "X" package Ski-Doo shocks as I was pretty much satisfied with my Adrenaline shocks but want the ability to rebuild the shocks.  On the other hand I'm wondering if there's a better option as far as brands of shocks that may be a little more money but a significant improvement over the Ski-Doo shocks.  Thanks for any input!

I'm replacing the TRA clutch on my 1200 with a new eDrive 2 and I was wondering if the TRA will fit on an '08 800R?  I know the guts will need to be changed but with that aside, will the 1200 TRA work on an 800R?  If so, what would a worn out TRA be worth?  Thanks for any help!
