What got me thinking was a thread I read on Snowest buy a guy named IndyDan. He makes billet cranks for Polaris' that he warrenties for 3 years. Anyway he recommends mineral oil over full synthetic in fact some full synthetics will void his warrenty. I just put in a rebuilt crank that is lubed by injection oil only with the case mod. So I figure a blend should cover all the bases.

I can get it on just fine , but if I do it either off to one side or the other of the mark (notch) on the fixed shaft.
