From what I understand any dealer can get it for you.Alls you have to do is get them the serial numbers. The only thing that they are interested in is there labor charges that they get from BRP.So maybe you can work something out with another dealer so they also get there labor money from BRP but you actually do the work.

i know that when i ran sport combined there was a few races that i was very very competitive against some national kid out of a pro trailer, riding a cat 600, we fought back and forth a few times,  and there was a couple times when i pulled holeshots in the combined class against the pro kid and a few other 600's,  i personally think a nicely setup 440 on race fuel is equal if not better then a nicely setup 600.

I agree 100% with you and I have the proof. We have an 08 600 from "Team of the Year"at the national circuit. It is set-up exactly the way it was for the last natioal race.We ran our 07 440 against it in the grass for 400 feet. The 440 never lost by more than 3/4 of sled length in 4 races.Last year at a 900ft hillclimb in NY,no bumps,we took 3rd and 4th in the 600 class with the 440's .There was over 60 entries and we  had our sno-x gearing still in them. After the first 1 left the line like a rocket,we heard some holly &^%$ from other racers.Hell we even beat 2 Nytros. Those 440's are an awsome sled.
