Sorry No safety kits out this year. I was the one putting them out, but have since moved back to Michigan. You're on your own out there, so be safe.

Click on Sand Lake. 43 inches as of now. Still need another 2-3 ft to be real good.

Do NOT ride in the dark.....I repeat....DO NOT ride in the dark in the mountains unless you plan on staying on a trail just to get back to the lodge.
This is not your typical midwest riding area. Gas/safety can be 30 miles walk out with no one else going by....since they all went back at dusk.
Minimum:
Shovel, probe, beacon, backpack, safety kit (first aid, waterproof matches/fire starter sticks, wire, tools), extra gloves/hat, extra goggles, emergency blanket, trail map, tow rope compass and a GPS.
I also recommend flares (great for finding you and also for starting fires). Snowbunjies work great too.
Take all of the advice on here very seriously. You can have serious fun out there, but there are very life threatening situations in the mountains as well. Weather changes very fast, high winds, complete whiteouts, very cold temps, ect...
Best to just pay a guide for at least the first day to show you around as well.
Have fun, but be safe so you can do it again. Also, just remember that just because you see tracks on a mountain doesn't mean you can climb it or that it is safe.

I think there is a MAP update for it. Check with a dealer.
My sled bogs real bad at 5700 rpm or so and falls flat on its face....then takes off like a raped ape. Pretty sure I need a update on my program for it too. Mine is still in break in mode, so need to get a few more rides on it first.
