can i stuff 18 inch shocks in the front of my 99 formula z

my primary clutch wont budge on my 99 fz 670. i sprayed some mechanic in a can on it then let it sit overnight. this evening i tried pouring boiling water on the crank. it didn't help. if i tighten the bolt then hit the head of the bolt it will move a tiny bit, just enough to get half a turn on the bolt then do it again. if i keep this up i am afraid i am going to take out the threads in the clutch.    do the clutch gods have any tricks  

I have a 99 formula Z 670, normaly i run all two strokes on 92+ . This year its like all the 92+ i have bought seems stale. Im wondering if its been in the tanks too long, no one buying 92+ for automobiles. Does any body run a sled on 87 octane, ive heard power valve engines run well on lower octane fuel better than non power valve engines. Whats your opinion/experience
