Question! Please read

Okay.. I've searched and found no real answer. I'll start off with the machine. 08 tnt 500ss, cudney clutch kit, J&T Can, SPI pipe, ported, new belt.. Hears the problem i'm having. Sled starts and idles great, besides the climbing idle.. Runs like a raped ape on the top end. Clutch engauges at 3900 rpm. Okay,, From 3900-4500 it seems boggy!! When it hits 4500 rpm it like mega power. Sled jumps forward so to speak.. Like hitting the powerband on a 2 stroke dirt bike. Once I hit that point she goes like hell.. Just between that range it seems boggy.. Now.. I've cleaned the carbs, new belt.. Is the carb still dirty or could maybe it be a clutching issue. I've had trouble getting to 8100 rpm.. Adjusted the weights. Set on clicker 4 now and can pull 8000 rpm, so I'm kinda happy with that.. Somebody please give me some advise, My kids have been bugging me all week to ride and I'd like to have this solved before they ride it.. Thank you Casey
