This is a race between a former marchbank pro 800, xcr 800 that took second in this years world series in prostock 800, and a open mod yamalaris that is starting to make some big power!
Snow at buckhorn
28 March 2013 - 11:57 AM
I'm sitting at buckhorn right now and the snow is still very deep I'm talking feet yet. Trails are all flat as a board. Great spring riding and it looks like it will be here for a while. If you are itching for another ride this is always the best riding of the year!
UP snow totals!
21 March 2013 - 06:13 PM
Local news just said 32.6 inches since Monday in Van Meer which is about 15-20 miles west of Munising. They also said grand marais has an average of 62 inches of base. Anyone wanting to ride it is absolutely the best it can get, off trail deep snow riding and groomers still running around the clock, most of the northern up has at least a 40 inch base. Here in the south we have a 24+ inch base! Been a crazy winter up here this year!
