Why not go with the PB 80?

Ever try to find parts for a PB 80 in the middle of a sled trip ? Same problem with clutch kit . Doo dealer got us back on trail after removing cluth kit and replacing with Doo parts .Can you say KA CHING ? Doo dealers dont carry parts for after market cluch kits and clutches .

No grinding just a code that flashes RER Failed . You hear the servo motor trying , but thats it .

My way of thinking must be all wrong . When a belt wears it sits lower in the secondary ,there for you adjust belt deflection to git belt to sit higher in the secondary . My belt has almost 4000 miles on it and I have never adjusted the secondary .I noticed this happening at about 3200 miles . Am I all turned around and thinking backwards ? My wife has same sled and hers works fine , and I have adjusted secondary on hers because I could hear belt squell when she would take off .

My push button reverse failed more times than it worked . Belt has almost 4000 miles on it . I have not checked it, but one with that many miles belt deflection should be really lose . I took apart chain case and changed oil last fall , everything worked great for the first part of the season . I opened side pannel and everything in linkage looked good . While pushing the button and watching I noticed sleve on  the Jack shaft moves moves about a 1/4 turn , if it dont turn that quarter turn it will not go into reverse .

Must be nice to go for a ride in May!

Stupid Global Warming!!

Climate Change . The Tree Huggers have figured out we are not buying this Global Warming CRAP anymore . Climate Change is where its 65 Degrees one day and 12" snow the next .  Nothing happend like this 200 years ago before gas guzzling SUVs and coal fired power plants .
