as i look at my kill swtch assy i am seeing a gold phillips head screw on bottom that goes into bar and a small phillips head screw that looks like it holds an inside cover in place. do i need to remove both of these to get to kill switch? or is there an easier way that i am missing. any info is appreciated. thanks

i agree. doo didnt decide to not come out with a new chasis because of lack of snow this winter and dealers having leftover sleds from this winter. those changes were set in place last year. if they are thinking of a new chasis to replace the xp they are doing it now, or have started it already. but they arent going to wait to see what a coming winter is like before they decide top make a change. r&d takes a few years on these things. they dont start after the announce a line up for the next model yearI'm a bit disappointed..... The pics of the XRS have the XP body panels. I don’t believe that the poor winter had anything to do with the lineup. Any model changes would have been set in motion a year ago.
