So I bent my nun tonight while riding. Hit a huge rock in the middle of the trail going about 45km/h. Doesn't look too bad but it is defiantly twisted. Can you unbend these and still ride them a weekend and change them out later? We just got hammered with snow and I really want to go riding this coming weekend while waiting for parts to come in and I am out of school for 2 weeks starting on the 19th so I will have lots of time to get it back together then.

Dude I have bent a few nuns. what I have done is take a big bar and put it behind the lower ball joint and infront of the upper and apply pressure until i have the same distance between front and rear bars of the upper a arm and spring.I also have to say I use 440 upper a arms and that they are much stronger so be careful not to bend the consumer upper arm..... good luck
