I hoping someone can help me out.
I was out riding yesterday and everything seemed fine.
Stopped for lunch and then when ready to go my pull start wouldn't engage a few times.
When I got it running it didn't sound good, stop it and then notice that the pull cord would not bunge.

I can move the crank but in a certain position I can hear friction.
Can it be just the starter recoil.

It's a 05 GSX 500 SS. I will take it apart this weekend, but your thoughts are appreciated.

Just about finished putting the engine back together and I'm wondering what you guys think I should do with one of the
cylinder heads?

One side is fine the other not so much. I tried to clean it up as best of possible without removing much material.
I just ground down the high points.

Most people say it should be OK!!

Thoughts?
