Oh, and how resistant is it...the original paint on my '78 Elan was plenty tough...how does powder coating compare, assuming its done properly?

How does powder coating react should gasoline get spilt on it? Just wondering....cause this is one great way to colour stuff!

My '78 Elan twin has 135 psi on one side and 132 psi on the other....is this in the normal range for this engine? Really bogs when starting out, too....dunno what that's all about...yet. Suggestions?  

Could I trouble you for the part number....I live in a very isolated area and have no means of tracking these items down...it's just great to hear there's a source for those rings!!! And they stretched over the crank, too.
