I'm about fed up with Tousley. I've been receiving a run around for a sticker for the past year & a half now for stupid decal sticker for my sled. It started with well call you back after we call ski doo, which they did say multiple times and then never did. Then finally this year before christmas, the owner happened to answer my phone call. I explained it & he was super upset about this. I got two people to work on it right away. Everything was fine & dandy, they said they were able to get my sticker & that it should ship soon. it is now a month later, and I'm still stickerless. Upsets me considering I've spent so much money at this place last winter, you would think they would give better customer service. I'm about two seconds away from going to another dealer & giving them my business. I'm placing another phone call tomorrow but I'm curious about other dealerships.
Besides Tousley, Danner's & Leo's, what other dealerships are in the cities? Any?
