If you go with the 12 volt lights, you could set it up like my buddies Ice Castle fish house. He runs his little generator during the day and we use the 110 lights, t.v., pizza oven, etc. While the generator is on, it is also running a Pro-Charger which is charging up the deep cycle batteries. At night we kill the generator and run off 12 volt lights. The forced air furnace is also 12 volt/ propane and runs all night.
The forced air furnace may be a good idea so you don't have to worry about getting up at night to fill the wood stove. Or have it running during the day while you are out so you come back to a warm shack.
