Yea & try it for a lap pluged in, my thought is any motor guy iv talked to will tell you a bit rich then need as to cover them selfs so if u go pop it the first time out u cant blam them just my thought's

Plus the PJ adds fuel at a serten pont that could be why at top its rich at top is when the Pj are working i believe. I try bigger it just mad it worse. So i tryed smaller & now its better.

Nice thats a great idea! I sunk mine ones & took the plugs out & put a battery drill on the pto & just turn it over that way to get the water out but thats a great idea
