you may be asking this on the wrong site.

but i think you should do what you want to. if you need a change, change it up and go with the poo and see how you like it. lots of people do

I've experienced some poor poo workmanship first hand, I wouldn't, but look at it as if it doesn't work for you, you can always come back

I rode the 2012 rmk pro not that impressive and they seem to fall apart. I'm not a brand loyalist i have an 03 poo mod sled and i raced arctic cat cuz their 600 motor is bullet proof. The summit is just the best all around mountain sled

As was already said you can always come back. They're down on power compared to the other two brands but the chassis seems to work well and the new belt drive sounds pretty sweet too.

A few of the guys I ride with love there Pro. Light and nimble a little under powered though IMO. But I think it is all around a good sled. Try it out what could be the worse thing to happen??

They may be underpowered but their clutching is spot on, one of my co workers has a 12 and loves it!

I am a doo Guy all the way but the more I ride a buddies sled or look at what the poo comes with stock kinda makes me wonder why I ride a doo. In the end they are all the same its just brand loyalty and buying a used poo is always cheaper who knows what I will ride next year. Good luck what ever choice you make just wish for snow.

I would. Im not a loyalist. I ride what works for me and what I can afford. The Pro is just so much easier to ride imo vs. the Rev.

You could just throw the money you were going to spend on the poo at your Rev and have a sled that'll whoop up on anything new...

Ya,Wyorever. I have a friend with an 05 Rev "MOD" I might buy for $3800 Haven't looked at it close but a few mod's are 860cc Van-Amberg tunnel and a 150x3in track. He wants a Pro to Turbo in a few years. I may sell/part-out my 05 and get it.

The skidoo Chassis has one short coming that is obvious as soom as you ride the cat or poo , that is the skidoo steering post is over top of the engine causing the handle bar to swing in a wide arc this makes for poor handling on steep sidehills. Both the Cat and Polaris have the post straight up and down and the bar turns in the same arc as the postIf skidoo fixes this problem they will be on top again!
