I have a 2012 Renegade and I have no electric start, what is required to install a 12V DC outlet plug? Will I need a battery relay kit?

Here's the part you need, Plug and play, Takes 10 min to install
Dont think you need a battery, only thing is that you will only get power at higher rpms.
