Lets see...

The REV's are mine, I had sent the spindles from both, and upper a-arms off the summit to get powdercoated.

Then started my switch relocation mod, and new handlebar setup with RSI 2" rise bars.

Switch relocation.

Decided to have the skid done up nice too.

Posted Image

Just bolted it back in the other day.

I grabbed ahold of this lil sled to 'flip' becuase it was super cheap.

Here's what I found in the carbs, and why it wouldn't run good.

What camera did you use? Very nice edit and nice sled. I will start a build thread for my RS this fall but the plans are 141" 2.25" power claw track on 141 ice age rails with the backcountry cut, S and E module, rebuild all the shocks, and build a 770 for it. I might try and use Toms uncouple kit on the rear skid but the jury is still out. I will most likely powder coat everything since I have full access to a powder coating shop and the cost is free. So far I have everything minus domes, but its time to go to work for the year so I can take the 6 months of winter off.
Every day is a good day just try missing one.

Got started on the FreeRide.
1) Full Grip and Rip Bracing
2) powder coated front suspension white. Rails powder coated white also. Front shocks will be gold at powder coater already.
3) C&A XTX skis also white.
4)Fly adjustable risers.
5) Bondi air box& vent
6) Getting the Skinz AirFrame boards powder as we speak. Installed in a couple weeks.
7) ordering full SLP exhaust next week.
I can only hope this is the end of the list that I do to this but I know it's not.

Thanks Tom

But maybe I should start a new thread? This one is about sleds not bears and adventures.

Few things to do..

FInish tinkering with a Rmotion in a 146" length
Permiter cooling for a bit more capacity.
External intake up in the console.

Done after this...time to move on to another project next year...fingers crossed Doo has something I want to build on, as I don't know if they do this year.
