Need to by 8x1.25 55 for my 800ho engine, Flange head bolts, Stainless or gold color.
They have got be out here somewhere other than the DEALER HELP!

When I replaced the bolts that hold on the PTO seal retainer, I found a suitable replacement at Motor City Fastener here in Hazel Park. They weren't the gold color, but they were a slightly higher grade bolt and a box of 100 was similar in price as buying 16 of them from the dealer. You might also try Fastenal.
If loud pipes save lives, imagine what learning to ride that thing could do.

You may also look at McMaster-Carr.
I purchase allot from Fastenal, however if you walk in off the street and do not recieve a discount their pricing is very high IMHO.

Any fastener business should have what you want. The Gold bolts are called "yellow zinc" and are usually a grade 8 bolt

Id think you could find an allen socket flange head bolt at your local hardware store

do a google search for "nuts and bolts" in the Detroit area. I'm sure Detroit has many places to purchase what you need.
I use an industrial supply house for all my sled's hardware needs. It's amazing how bad Doo rapes you on the stuff....

Doesn't look like mcmaster has them. Try totallystainless.com In the upper right corner there is a link to their catalog.
Page 70 has high strength metric flange head.. They dont have a online order you have to call them. Availability is a little spotty. You may need to be patient with them
I bought a bunch for my custom Harley. 12 point stainless high strength. They aint cheap. Dealer may be your best bet.
They also sell a good stainless high strength bolt to replace the ford exhaust manifold bolts that break

Thanks every body fastenall has the zinc and can have in a day. but I will be useing the stainless takes about two weeks (ARP BOLTS ) They have it all just takes a while to get.

Just look around for an "old-school" type hardware store in your area .
We have a small chain called Hectors-Hardware in my neck of the woods & I've never to left there without the exact fastener I needed .
