Hey I just went to the ol walmart today and bought a red /plastic folder. I was reading here on dootalk on preety old forums that you could just cut out headlight covers out of a plastic folder. Is this a good idea? Will the headlights melt them?

Pretty much all states and Canada have outlawed any kind of headlight covers,and they will write a ticket..........

iv never been pulled over because of them and even when stopped the DNR hasnt said a word about them and i have them on all my sleds, been that way since 2005Pretty much all states and Canada have outlawed any kind of headlight covers,and they will write a ticket..........

Theres a guy that makes them and sells them on ebay but idk if he makes them for the ZX chassis though. you could always ask him though.Ha ha exactly any one have any red light covers laying around?

I guess i dont see how red would lead to a head on collision?? if anything it should make people slow down if coming at you?? maybe my thinking is way offof all colors to get red is the worst. They can be misinterpreted as brakelights which may lead to a head on collision.
