I had a 2005 mach z last year that I bought used. It developed a piston or crank knock so I sold it and bought a 2005 mxz 600sdi this season. It went good but I miss the power and handling of the 1000. So am I crazy to want another one?

Seriously though, I know what you mean, I was sitting on mine while I was taking a break from moving and and disassembling my 600etec and 800r. There is no comparision to the feel and sound of the 1000!

Untill i went to move it around the driveway..... (I am suffering from a torn hip Muscles and partialy detached tendon on the knee, from helping 2 guys from Ontario get un stuck).

That's why I'm selling the beast. If your interested let me know.

Gutz.

All you need to to do is grab a hold of a Apex for a little while, start with lifting the back up a few times, then go to the front and try and left it , then walk over to the mach and a wala it's light again LOL

The Doctor said I should try that, using a twisting, jerking motion while not bending at the knees.

I have a bad back, wrists and knees. The key to owning a 1000sdi is having an incredible strong friend. Repair his sled with his supplied parts for free and notify him the bill is to help un-stuck and move your sled when you need it done. :roll It has worked for me.

I want to upgrade...just because I like to avoid owning high maintenance toys too long, swap'em out for something new and avoid the major rebuilds - but other than a Turbo Cat... I see nothing that tickles my pickle. I refuse to down grade from my Mach. It's an amazing machine.
